Our Story

Neanderthal Pakistan was born from a simple idea: modern humans need ancient tools to feel human again. In a world of screens, stress and shortcuts, we wanted to bring people back to their bodies using cold, heat and breath.

We started in Lahore with a curious, anti‑ordinary human. We set out to build safe, accessible and beautiful ice baths and saunas made right here in Pakistan. What began as a passion project has become a movement for natural, holistic and convenient wellness.

How It Started

In May 2022, we created Pakistan’s first simple at‑home ice bath. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked – and it showed us how hungry people were for natural tools to handle stress, anxiety and burnout.

Since then, we’ve been prototyping, testing and refining every detail – from temperature control and safety to materials and design – inspired by feedback from elite athletes, biohackers, medics and everyday wellness seekers.
